I'm a Career Coach and Brand Strategist, helping mid-career women (and a few pretty cool men) secure their ideal offer - often in under 90 days.

I started as a career counselor during the 2010 downturn, and I’ve spent over a decade honing in on what really separates those who almost get hired from those who command strong offers.  

Again and again, the difference came down to a clear value proposition and a compelling, consistent message across all materials, interviews, and interactions.

I’m grounded in professional execution, real results, and my conviction as a Christian. I believe excellence and integrity can coexist and you don’t have to exaggerate or compromise who you are to compete at a high level. 

Results speak louder than words, but you might also find it helpful to know that your coach is a former tenured faculty with a Master of Science in Counseling, and is BCC/ICF certified.
